Withdrawals from your ng999 Account are processed in MYR to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification and compliance checks. ng999 targets withdrawal processing times of under 15 minutes for verified Accounts, though actual processing times may vary.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. ng999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be released until verification is complete.
Withdrawals from an Account that holds an active bonus balance will be subject to the relevant wagering requirements being met in full before funds can be released. Attempting to withdraw before completing active wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of associated bonus funds.
